I. EB5 - American Dream
United States Congress created the Employment-Based Fifth (EB5) immigrant investor Green Card program in 1990. The purpose of the EB5 program is to encourage immigrants to invest in, or manage, U.S. companies that benefit the U.S. economy.
If a person wishes to immigrate to the U.S. and is willing to invest $1,050,000.00 USD ($800,000.00 for TEA) for stand-alone EB5 Program or $800,000 USD for Regional Center EB5 Program, he/she and family (spouse and any unmarried children under 21) receive a "conditional" green card good for two years.
After two years, the conditional status is removed (assuming all of USCIS requirements were achieved) and he/she becomes a "permanent" green card holder, eligible for U.S. citizenship.
The investor's immediate family receives green card including; wife and any unmarried children under 21 live, work or retire anywhere in the United States.
The investor is free to return to his/her homeland for visits or business purposes, as long as a residence is maintained in the United States. And we guide EB5 immigrants to qualified projects.

A targeted employment area is an area , at the time of investment, a rural area or an area experiencing unemployment of at least 150 percent of the national average rate. (A rural area is any area outside a metropolitan statistical area (as designated by the Office of Management and Budget) or outside the boundary of any city or town having a population of 20,000 or more according to the decennial census.)
